Description:
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *
Performs implementations of ServiceNow solutions for customers, including
development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.·
Satisfies client technology services and solution requirements using best
practices to:·
o Design
o Plan
o Implement
o Validate and Test
o Document
o Provide Knowledge Transfer
o Troubleshoot
o Support
Works directly with client to gather requirements, design solutions, build
proof of concepts and implementations solutions.·
*Experience / Technical Requirements *
o Java scripting
o ITSM Ticketing System
o Web/internet development
o ServiceNow as preferred ITSM tool
o ServiceNow Administration
o Programming with understanding of programming principles and logic
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications·
*Certifications *
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation·
