*Role : Project Manager(Capital Markets / Asset
Management)*
*Location : Irvine, CA*
*Duration :* *6 -12 Months Plus (Extendable) *
*Job Description:*
· Knowledge of both waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies
· Create and maintain project plans with clear tasks, ownership and
deadlines
· A good understanding of the asset management.
· Strong operational background with Middle Office and back office.
· Understanding of Investment banking and data Analysis.
· Understanding of Middle office like; Trade support, Operational
Readiness, Transaction Management, Record Keeping, Information Delivery,
Reconciliation, Corporate Actions etc.
· Ensure dependencies are clearly understood
· Help the team keep on top of stories in terms of progress against
timelines and in terms of mapping to epics and RPMS items for tracking
budget
· Provide daily leadership and direction to assure quality and
delivery of results
· Specify and manage to key goals and objectives of each project
· Understand, articulate, and help manage cross project dependencies
· Establish and monitor project plan/milestones/release roadmaps
· Manage risks identified to critical delivery dates maintain risk
log
· Communicate status and issues to project team. Publish and
maintain status reports and issue logs.
· Document and help the team clear impediments
· Assist with reconciling and finalizing business requirements so
all parties are in agreement on scope and effort.
