*Position: Infrastructure Project Manager*

*Location: Fort Worth, TX*

*Duration: 6-12 Months (Contract-to-Hire!!!!)*



*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

The successful candidate will work as part of the Enterprise Infrastructure
organization and be responsible for leading multiple complex IT
infrastructure projects utilizing the Agile/Scrum methodologies

•        Manages and oversees all aspects of assigned projects (including
definition of project scope/vision, roadmap, status reporting, project
development, and implementation) based on direction provided by the Product
Manager

•        Interfaces with project stakeholders at all levels of management
to ensure project priorities are aligned with IT and business needs

•        Ensures appropriate project documentation and deliverables are
clearly defined and delivered

•        Facilitate / Manage project meetings (all Agile meetings –
Iteration 0, Iteration Planning, Demo & Retrospective, Daily Stand-up,
Backlog Grooming);

•        Completes project tracking/analysis reports

•        Tracks and updates project status in a proactive manner as it
relates to project progress, budget/cost, issues, risks, and risk
mitigation plans

•        Monitor team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

•        Ensure teams adopt successful use of Agile/Scrum methodologies
using the Agile @ Client framework



*QUALIFICATIONS:*

·         5+ years IT Infrastructure project management experience for both
large and small projects

·         3+ years leading projects utilizing Agile/Scrum Methodologies is
required

·         Prior Infrastructure or Technical project management experience
is required

·         Experience in specific technology areas including networking,
compute, storage, infrastructure lifecycle services and enterprise systems

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills, professional
presentation skills, team oriented, and a self-starter

·         Experience with Agile life cycle managements tools, such as Rally
is highly preferred

·         Certification in Project Management by a recognized project
management organization (such as the Project Management Institute—PMI, or
Certified Scrum Master); highly desired

·         Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams leveraging
Agile methodologies with strong focus on continuous improvement and
developing self-organizing teams

·         Experience leveraging Agile/Scrum methods with both co-located
and distributed teams is a preferred

·         Strong facilitation, collaboration, and negotiations skills
required

·         Must possess a track record of delivering solutions combined with
leadership in resolving issues

·         Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to
prioritize work effectively

·         SharePoint experience preferred for team collaboration

·         Airline/Travel industry experience is a plus
