*Position: Jr. Business Analyst - (HR)*

*Location: Benton Harbor, MI*

*Duration: 6-12 months+*



*JOB DESCRIPTION: *Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a
Project Analyst in Benton Harbor, MI to join our HR Excellence Project.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the human
resources applications. The incumbent will become an “expert” for HR
applications thus enabling them to become the main source of assistance to
other HR users. This role will also partner with the Global Information
Systems function, that will provide deep technical support for in depth
system configuration and maintenance.



*WHAT YOU WILL DO:*

·         Enable the Human Resources function to optimize business outcomes
using technology solutions by acting as a liaison between the business and
Global Information Systems

·         Provide business process support through maintenance of process
flows in HR systems such as performance, succession planning, and
compensation planning (e.g. import company goals, update annual budgets,
update system enabled guidelines, etc.)

·         Participate in the review of new functionality for each system
release and in the implementation and testing of the release

·         Manage and coordinate system security, including the creation and
deletion of users, changing access requirements, etc.

·         Partner with vendors on data accuracy, troubleshooting and
business process changes

·         Maintain business process documentation

·         Manage setup of system content, including loading and testing of
new content

·         Identify opportunities for improvements to how the application(s)
are used (which would be raised to the broader HR Solution Center
leadership for continuous improvement)



*WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:*

·         A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business
administration, or related subject required

·         Minimum 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience

·         Broad knowledge of HR business processes and supporting systems
and services

·         SAP SuccessFactors experience helpful

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

·         Strong customer service focus

·         Fluent English language skills



*TOP 3 SKILLS MUST HAVE*

·         Review of new functionality for system releases and in the
implementation and testing of the releases

·         System troubleshooting experience

·         We would also love to have someone that has experience in
SuccessFactors - including a certification in SuccessFactors would be
fantastic
