1. Knowledge and understanding in any of the Contact Center technologies
like Cisco UCCE, Genesys, Avaya etc. Understanding of other Contact Center
components like WFM, Call Recording, Reporting tools.
2. Experience in handling multi vendor environment and performing Project
Management responsibilities.
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Good Oral and Written communications
2. Effectively present information clearly, concisely, good coordination
skills
Desired years of experience : 10+ years
Education/ Certifications (Required) : Bachelors Degree
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
