Follow-up Comment #2, sr #106690 (project administration): Hi Karl, I guess we don't need any special mentioning of the FDL for the documentation (Some files in the source tree are public domain anyway). Bit maybe I'm looking for the wrong place, but at least on the page https://savannah.nongnu.org/project/admin/editgroupinfo.php?group=arc I'm told that License changes are moderated by the site administrators.
