Re: [Scid-users] filtering game list for side to move and unfinished games
Chris Lott wrote: I'm using scid to keep track of correspondence games. I typically capture all new moves each morning and then ponder at night. Is there a way to filter the game list to show, for instance, all games with player X to move that are unfinished (no result)? Or some other way that would make it easy to filter (or even scan the list) for games where it's my turn? c -- Chris Lott You could easily do it in two stages. 1) Search for player X as white. Find games with a '*' as a result and the player to move to be white. 2) Do same for player X being black - This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML. [Scid-users] ChessDB -3.6.15 released.
I've just put up 3.6.15 - it fixes the bug which caused a crash when German was selected. I have also uploaded a .zip file, containing the Windows binaries, which should allow someone without admin access to install it. I hope that helps Joeri and anyone else without admin rights. I'm not sure if its correct, but according to the Sourceforge stats there were 54 downloads in under 12 hours!! Is so, there are a lot of quite people. Let's hope not too many wanted German. BTW, if anyone can update the German file (or any others), please let me know. 1) Full Windows Installation (36 MB) http://downloads.sourceforge.net/chessdb/ChessDB-with-4pieceEGTB-3.6.15.exe 2) Source code for UNIX/Linux people (8,3 MB) http://downloads.sourceforge.net/chessdb/ChessDB-3.6.15.tar.gz 3) Zipped binaries for Windows, with 4-piece endgame tablebase. This should install without requiring admin rights. (39 MB) http://downloads.sourceforge.net/chessdb/ChessDB-3.6.15-no-admin.zip - Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
