Dears, suddenly yum refused to work giving following error: File /usr/bin/yum, line 30 except KeyboardInterrupt, e: Did I spoiled something? regards
Installing linksys wireless USB driver WUSB600N V2
Dear All, I have SL5.5 installed in a machine with a Linksys USB probe. The wireless source is a WRT610N V2 and the Linksys probe model is WUSB600N V2. I found online the drivers in: ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/others/eko/V24-K26/svn13364/ where I have chosen the driver : dd-wrt.v24-13364_NEWD-2_K2.6_std_usb_ftp.bin to be installed in the linux box where the linksys WUSB600N V2 is plugged. Do you know how I can install the above driver in SL5.5. Thank you, Rachid

Those are custom firmware images for WRT610N routers, not drivers for your USB network device. Thanks but there after browsing I go, comes the the Live cd options for gnome desktops, not KDE, like at: ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/livecd/55/i386/ All are gnomes but where are KDE desktop live cd option, that is required.
