Yes, I know. Why? Because if you¹ve ever read the books, you¹ll see that they were trying to make this movie a slick version of those books. The adventure and excitement are actually IN this picture. Their version of Touching Evil was remarkably faithful to the British version, which surprised all heck out of me. It starred Jeffrey Donovan, the same actor who's presently starring in Burn Notice.
