As the Hollywood saying goes..."Ben Affleck has an Oscar". And then you're supposed to roll your eyes.

We all have opinions about good actors/actresses, they are all correct, and I apologize to anyone I have offended by saying that Cher is a bad choice. But in terms of this project, Cher is a bad choice for Catwoman. If we're gonna pull people who gave great acting performances 20 years ago let's just go get Catherine Mary Stewart for the role. Cher has not made me believe she was anyone but Cher in any role she has ever played. She is a movie star, yes. And a famous one. And a talented performer. I like her, but this role is very specific. This ain't 1986 when you can just get a famous person and put them in the outfit. hey have to be able to pull it off.

For me, for THIS ROLE: "No way, No how. No Cher." ;)

Dude

Say what you want about Cher but you can't complain about her acting. She's won an Academy award and been nominated at least two times. Her performances in Mask and Silkwood are TOP NOTCH. Cher may not be your choice but the woman has serious acting skill.
