Our news will never report real news about Israel. This is a big story all over the world including in Israel, but our “free press” is forbidden to cover such stories. This has been the policy for years. In fact, NCIS is the only form of “media” in our country that comes close to reporting what really goes on in Israel. It’s not a conspiracy. It is a policy in part. Some leaders in Israel acknowledge that Israel kind of runs the US. Media is not allowed to openly report of the news in Israel. Since they did away with rules that prevented a few owners of media, Most mainstream press is controlled by a few key connected players. You can find out the truth everywhere else about Israel including in Israeli publications – even conservative ones. Most mainstream media in the world report on news that the mainstream press ignores here. Those here that speak of these types of policy in the news, are usually blacklisted or made to retract their assertions. It does not just happen in the media. For decades, Israel has gotten hundreds of billions of dollars worth of loans, that include a policy that states that they never have to pay it back. For decades Israel has received weapons and other materials that even we do not get here. It is so much money that we could fix our education system with it several times over After 9-11 and the anthrax scares, we paid for facilities to be built there designed to protect every man woman and child there and over here, we got instructions to use masking tape It is said that George Bush was penalized for standing up to them and that the current PM had power struggles with Clinton over our internal policies where his power was threatened. Some say the congressmen and senators who vote against pro-Israel policies will find that powerful forces with a great deal of money will back someone else in your party in the next election. I rarely see politicians vote against the huge budget devoted to Israel each year. The few that I have seen, were voted out. Those who speak out against these policies are labeled anti-Semites They have some much power here, I wonder what anyone could do anyway. Somehow religion is mixed with politics and if you question policy, it is portrayed as attacking faith. Criticism of Zionism and the Jewish faith are treated as one and the same, despite the fact that they are not. I’m sure I sound like a conspiracy nut, but in the Israeli mainstream media, its leaders speak openly about the power that Israel has over the US. Some jokingly say we are a colony of Israel. Obama’s chief of staff’s father, in a national medial interview in Israel conducted after Obama took office, assured people who worried, that his son would keep Obama in line. Israel’s power over the US is one of the most well-known secrets in the world. People everywhere discuss it in the media, on the Internet, in bars and coffee shops, everywhere, but in the US. They do want to hold their feet to the fire, but it is a well known fact by most politicians that going up against Israel is considered political suicide. The only glimmer of hope is that there is a large minority of powerful Jews that do not agree with Israel's current policies toward Palestinians.I do not think they have enough power.
