[Scons-dev] SCons 2.3.4 is released

2014-09-27 Thread Gary Oberbrunner
SCons version 2.3.3 is now available at the SCons download page,
http://www.scons.org/download.php. This is a maintenance release to
fix a regression in 2.3.3 in EnsureSConsVersion, and fix a problem
with interactive mode.

As usual, many thanks to all the dedicated people who help keep SCons going!

Is it too late to stop you with that? I'm currently working on the fix for
#2971, and would like to get that into 2.3.4 as well if possible.
Sorry, I didn't know that a v2.3.4 was planned/pending, else I would've
spoken up earlier. :P

No problem, I can squeeze it in. Let me know when you're ready.

Thanks for waiting, created PR #188. Latch on. :)

Regards,

Dirk

The patch is in my first commit. I didn't know if I should submit it
against a bugfix
branch instead. We don't see to have bugfix branches, branches are
only used for
building stuff, am I right?

So, I've submitted a pull request against main default line of
development to:

Thanks. I've integrated that fix and am building 2.3.4 now. Contains
only your patch, Russel's D tool fixes, and the recent test fixes
(which I didn't call out in CHANGES.txt).
