Actually you could put some occasional Toby Radio id's in.  Just put them in
the WinAmp playlist.  I seem to remember some automation software around that
would let you do more complex stuff.  Another idea is to record two or more
songs in one file and announce what thay are at the end.

I did some stuff in 'show format' using MP3 (two 50 minutes).  I used 32k
mono so it would sound decent.  Problem is you really need a 56k modem
unless you download.  You cannot download live streams.  What really
surprised me is people liked that I did not talked over the music.  It was
a side effect as I assembled it out of .wav files (including my annoucements)
and did not want to do additional work crossfading it.

I listen alot to techie radio on both TVRO satellite and internet.  I think
it is neat.
