You could learn to use anonymous remailers. A good client for the
beginner is Quicksilver.

The other possibility is to use google and put in the terms web
mixmaster which will get several web-based mixmaster remailers to
pop up. You seriously want to use mixmaster remailers rather than
Type 1 cypherpunk remailers if you want true anonymity. Hint:
http://anonymous.to is a Type 1 cypherpunk remailer.

Further hint: The other three anonymous mail web sites that seeker
mentioned force you to rely on the goodwill of the service provider
not to reveal your IP address. All that blind-mail and manicmail do
is strip the headers from your mail; you don't know what kinds of
logs that they're keeping. Pocamo says that they support free
speech, but a careful reading of their pages indicates that they will
turn over information to whatever authorities when prodded.

Or you could even pay anonymizer.com $5 a month and get not only the
anonymous email but also anonymous surfing. Even anonymizer keeps
logs, but only for a couple of days according to their statement.

If you really want truly anonymous email, the only proven way to go
about it is to learn to use a mixmaster remailer. And if you must
use a web interface--which is clearly less secure--at least make sure
that the interface uses SSL. (That's when you see a closed lock icon
or something similar in your browser.)
