Hiya Harry... Being fired secondary to a pregnancy is Wrongful Termination, and is in violation of the US Labor Laws. However, if she was an "At Will" employee and not a contracted employee, it may be difficult to proved discharge as a result of pregnancy. "At Will" employess can be terminated for ANY reason, and the employer never has to give a rason for the termination.
