Dear Colleagues,

The Policy SIG Chairs have set a deadline for the submission of
proposals to be considered for consensus at the APNIC 41 Open Policy
Meeting in Auckland, New Zealand.

If you have a proposal for a policy change that would improve IP address
and ASN management in the region, please follow the instructions below
to submit your proposal before Friday, 15 January 2016.

How to submit your Policy Proposal
-------------------------------------------------

There are two ways to submit a policy proposal:

1. Use the online form at:
https://www.apnic.net/community/policy/proposals/submit-a-policy-proposal

2. Send your proposal in TEXT format to <pol...@apnic.net>.
https://www.apnic.net/community/policy/proposals/proposal_template.txt

If you have identified an issue, but do not know the solution, you are
able to complete the Problem Statement part of the proposal submission
form and ask the community to help develop the best solution.
