sigserve: Update on the Bethesda Regional Meeting
Greetings: For those attending the Bethesda Regional Meeting, registration and hotel information has not been posted. We are finalizing the site contract and once it is in place we'll send the links for lodging and registration. We hope to do this by close of business, October 3. There is no registration fee for attending this year's regional meeting. However, you will be responsible for lodging, travel, and partial per diem. For lodging we negotiated government rate rooms for $201 with a 12% tax per night, and for meals we will provide a snack on the first day, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. We will provide more detailed information about registration and lodging in the announcement. Thank you for your patience.
