Title:
X 1.0rc3: IDE hangs on startup - problems with saved session
  [Windows/Mac]

Status in Sikuli:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  * fixed with last build r930
  see http://sikuli.org/download.shtml

  *** reason and background

This is all happening due to bugs in the new session save feature (at
restart: restore IDE window and reopen files, that have been open when quitting
IDE before)
  see faq 1766

additionally there seems to be a bug, that after using File - Open,
the tab is named Untitled until you save it again. If you quit the
IDE in this situation, you are in the above restart problem
  (Untitled cannot be reloaded).

So for now, until these bugs are fixed:
When quitting the IDE, make sure, that all tabs are closed - do not leave any
files open.

  -

startup problems with Mac: see comment #1

   Windows 7 64Bit
The IDE started to freeze on startup. It turned out that I had cleaned up my
AppData/Local/Temp directory, where IDE stored some temporary files. The
solution was to remove the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\org\sikuli\ide\/I/D/E_/S/E/S/S/I/O/N
(IDE_SESSION) value.

rc2 does not have this bug.

Big thanks for the Sikuli itself!

[Sikuli-driver] [Bug 851754] Re: X 1.0rc3: IDE hangs on startup - problems with saved session [Windows/Mac]

2012-09-19 Thread Ted Logan
This was my problem as well. Took me hours to figure this out.

Is there any efforts to make this a fix? Can/should this be reported as a bug?

[Sikuli-driver] [Bug 851754] Re: X 1.0rc3: IDE hangs on startup - problems with saved session [Windows/Mac]

2011-11-09 Thread Mike Reynolds
I've had the same problem in that Sikuli just won't load. Didn't work
upon uninstall reinstall. However, was able to download and get the
Last Build version to work - http://sikuli.org/download.shtml#last-
build
