I doubt he'd do that though. It is true. I have the judgment; I've been talking to him; and the BCA has issued an ungracious statement, and is thinking of going to the Supreme Court. Para 34 of the judgment, citing Easterbrook, is terrific; and the judges also cite Milton. Cool. Salil
