3. Then you need to take things that heal the cells. Ozone treatments. 
Oxygen treatments, AND stem cell activation. B3, Nad+ and Niagin, with 
PQQ and Resveratrol and again Curcumin and Black Pepper, they activate 
the sirtuins.


B vitamins and Lions Mane, various mushrooms, and Curcumin are known 
to replace brain cells, which are said to be impossible, in studies, 
so you have to work at repairing.
