 Hi Lena,
Yes, anytime I find my hands or feet freezing cold - I can almost never go to
sleep. So I have to make sure I warm them up. Sometimes I have to take a hot
magnesium mineral bath and then finally it will coax my tensed alert body to
feel sleepy. Having fibromyalgia, Hashimoto's --- we're easily prone to
insomina (hormonal upheavals), infections, colds, flus, etc.
Also another highly recommended immune protector is DEL IMMUNE V. I swear it
works. Every time I skip it, I get the sniffles. It was tested on American
soldiers when they were stationed in middle East with a lot of dust, fumes,
and warring chemicals. The half of group of soldiers who took Del Immune
daily were healthy as horses. The other half that took a placebo, most of
them got sick. That research pushed me to succumb and buy it (I'm extremely
skeptical as I've tried A to Z)... lo and behold, it worked! Next month I
have to buy a new refill for myself. Too bad health insurance don't pay for
 it. Grrr

Hope you get your much needed sleep!
 Kindly,

Black salve does cut it out - without damaging healthy tissue - the cancer

This site is where I learnt about black salve, so I'm paying back.

Research the methods of using it. Be careful, don't knock the top off -
though if you do, and bits remain behind and eventually grow again, you can
treat it again, once more without sacrificing surrounding tissue.

A friend of mine has had to use it many times for all the types of skin
cancer there are. One took such a long time to exit she wondered what was
going on. It was on her spine, and she had to go overseas to her sister to
get her to apply and care for it while it exited. When it did eventually
exit, the tentacles were so long and curly she realised it had wound round
and round her spine - no amount of cutting it out would have left her
unharmed. However, because black salve tends to leave a big scar site, she
now uses chickweed on a place that shows, though it is slower and more
 horrible while it is working.

CS is useful for cleaning the area while the eschar emerges. Last time I
used coconut oil for the whole care process; it took a very long time.

There is so much info on line. It is being banned in one country after
 another. Isn't that strange?

How do you get enough rain water to drink?

There has been plenty written in the past about the link between Fluoridated
water and arthritis, and the reasons behind it.

I thought I was all right; I used Reverse Osmosis water for years. About 30
years. Nice water, probably germ free.

Only recently did I read somewhere that RO water doesn't get rid of fluoride
(though there are some expensive units which are claimed to do so).

Last year I started using rain water. I noticed after a while that it had
become less dangerous for me to get out of the bath. Everything was still
painful, but there were more things that were possible, if not pain free.

After some months we decided for the time being to replace the filters in the
RO unit, which had been blocked all this time. We had been wondering whether
to buy a new unit, and decided to postpone it, as we would have wanted the
 expensive one.

Almost immediately upon drinking the RO-filtered water, getting out of the
bath returned to being a painful and dangerous task.

This was more valuable information to me than any official pronouncement.
 My own joints had spoken.

Since then I have only used rainwater for drinking. Ordinary tap water for
 bathing.

I am not doing all the other anti-arthritic things (well, I do make up some
essential oil mixes), but that alone makes a difference. Not pain free, but
able to do more than previously.

You can purchase the book titled 'Earthing' on Amazon and it is probably
cheaper if you purchase a used copy. Do read the reviews. I have no

It may be on ebay also but.. no reviews there.

You can place a band around your wrist, grounded and sleep with it on at
nite. It is terrific for quieting inflammation, etc.
Here is where I buy my bands.

You can also just sit outside with your bare feet on the earth for 1/2 - 1 hr

Potassium constricts muscles, we generally get enough potassium from foods,
mag is hard to get as there is none in our soil since nineteen ninety, so we
