I learned something very fascinating this week. I had a consultation with a
young lady who had nutritional microscopy, which is looking at a sample of
blood under a microscope immediately after it is taken from the finger. I was
looking at the video of her test and noticed that she had large globules of
what looked like oxygen drops in her blood. The significance of this is the
fact that these globules would impair the flow of red blood cells in the body
and may, in fact, lead to possible lung, heart and other oxygen related
tissues. I asked her if she was taking a source of oxygen in the form of
hydrogen peroxide, which is common for someone attempting to get additional
oxygen in the body. Much to my surprise, she was not doing that but I knew she
was doing something. Finally, she told me that she was using a mouthwash that
had hydrogen peroxide as a whitener.

I would suggest to all of you reading this not to use any teeth brighteners
that contain hydrogen peroxide.

Afterwards, I was talking to a patient who is also a respiratory therapist.
She was surprised and taken aback of the finding I suggested due to the
potential for lung or respiratory challenges. As a matter of fact, I have
additionally read articles suggesting that brighteners may also be taking the
enamel off your teeth. I would strongly encourage you not to use any
brighteners. I have found from experience that one of the leading causes of
yellow teeth is a low thyroid. Do you have cold hands and feet? Are you
fatigued?  Do you wake with a headache that wears off as the day goes on;
losing the outer portion of your eyebrows? These are all signs to me that your
thyroid may not be up to par.

interesting indeed. I have been brushing my teeth by taking a sip of H2O2,
then brushing. It's keeping my gums from infection, and I don't notice
anything elsebeen doing this for about 2 years..

Lots of folk use hydrogen peroxide as a supplement with excellent
results.
Been reading about it for years.
I think the newsletter contains a misdiagnosis, and should be taken
with a grain of salt.

Gosh, that takes me back...or forward. That's the trouble with time
