 You could have a point
there Mary, it's the same old thing isn't it, like
the frenzy that was created about cholesterol and heart
attack.  That happened because of a very small flawed study
that has been disproven over and over again, but still
doctors bang on about so-called high cholesterol being
 'bad!'Dee

2015-01-06 Thread Olushola Camara
Neville, I agree with most of what you said, It is getting to the point
where we have to take responsibility for our health and wealth. Growing our
own food is not a luxury, rather it's a necessity. People say they don't
have time, but they have time and money to grow grass! We should be
supporting our local organic gardening clubs.

I do believe that the D3 deficiency we are seeing has to do with an
imbalance in our body chemistry. So instead of looking for that magic
bullet, we should learn how to reboot our biology to restore balance.
That's easier said than done, but these forums are wealth of information
and a good start.

Chuckenguyna virus as it is now taking it's toll in Florida - you already have
your own similar member of this family in the southern states - called the
river virus - enough said.

Well said Neville and I totally agree. I tried making bread, but the flour I
bought was rubbish too, so that was a wasted effort - small example of what you
said. The animals are badly reared and crops covered in pesticides , a hole

patch of free green earth with no trees or proper gardens around them, just
concrete everywhere, and they wonder why England is becoming a flood plain. As
you say, all for money so no wonder we are all getting sicker by the day.Dee

Great rant Neville. Right on the money. Anyone wanting to know more about
the D3 (and all nutrition) issues should really study the work done by Dr.
Weston A. Price. Natto and cod liver oil are indeed among the few
superfoods that can help us supplement, but unfortunately most cod liver
oil these days is useless (highly processed). The very best products can be
purchased from greenpasture.org

Vitamin 'supplements' (isolated) do not have the same effect as vitamins
from foods. There are countless complex factors that affect our body's
ability to absorb and use the vitamins we need.

Talking about mice is pointless, as their body can produce certain vitamins
that ours cannot, and that is why vitamin D is indeed poison to them.

The info at westonaprice.org will lead you to a great many resources for
knowledge and action.

How have we evolved as a species if all and
sundry are D deficient, or has something happened that all
of a sudden the majority of the people on this planet have
somehow in more recent years become D deficient? I
think we as a species have been around for a while and have
survived quite well, up to a few years ago.
Utterly ridiculous.
The food and produce we are forced to consume are
nothing but an abomination, a poor substitute for real food
and produce. It's increasingly difficult to
consume adequate natural vitamins and these
"substandard" foods are leaching the vitamins we
may get from our bodies. Vitamin deficiency to me is a
direct result of the substandard food and produce and
processed muck we consume due to the interference by
laboratory Frankensteins in the pursuit of playing someones
"God", wealth, and the desire to make every man
woman and child utterly dependant and reliant on the
pharmacy for survival.
People should turn their TV's off, stop
reading newspapers, stop searching for "studies?"
on their computers and throw the radio out the window and be
more responsible for themselves, rather than being led up
the garden path to self destruction and oblivion with the
bombardment on and in the body by chemically produced
concoctions under the misconception they are for the
betterment of their health.
There is not one organisation on this planet that
is interested in the health of the people!
The more science is involved with food and
produce production, coupled with the Supermarkets endless
demands for profit, the more we will suffer in our health as
a species. One only has to look around to see where we
are heading as a species.
Either the quacks are perpetuating the greatest
fraud known to mankind {outside of the banishment of the
cure for cancers}, or we are slowly being poisoned with each
and every passing day. I'm going for the latter as
the obvious major factor here.
If people are increasingly becoming vitamin
deficient they need to be asking two questions - How and
Why?
Our natural resilience and immune systems which
have stood us in good stead and seen us develop and prosper,
over the odd year or three, are slowly being
destroyed.
All the above is my opinion only, and I'm

Hi There Neville, I love it, I agree with you totally and endorse your rant -
it needs to be heard so others will wake
up to the dishonesty and hatred we all have generally for each other when our
survival is at stake Everything is good as long as I am making money
from it - I had an example of this one only recently when we had the outbreak of
the Chicken V down here, all of a sudden my phone was ringing off the hook
everyone wanted EIS yesterday, so I complied made more money in a few weeks
than for the entire year - since this drama I have learned from my own
experience that EIS cannot touch a virus and told them so - I do not expect to
sell one more oz of liquid or my gel.
Such is life, we have to take it as it comes and learn how to manage it all.
I think all we can do is to keep smiling and our immune system as strong as is
possible and manage whatever comes our way
