[Slackbuilds-users] Package name change: how to proceed

Hello,

I maintain two packages one named obnc and the other obnc-libstd. The first is 
an Oberon compiler and basic library and the second is a library for it with 
extra functionality. The author of the compiler has decided to rename second 
from obnc-libstd to obnc-libext.

How should I proceed? Should I make a new SlackBuild named obnc-libext and 
request the removal of obnc-libstd?

Additionally, I wanted to ask which is the correct way to proceed when using 
the mirror of Slackbuilds on github (https://github.com/willysr/slackbuilds). 
Is the correct way fork that repository, make changes and then do a pull 
request? Is this better (easier) for the team maintaing Slackbuilds.org than 
submitting the tar.gz?

[Slackbuilds-users] Email not accepted when submitting

Hi, today I tried to submit an update for a package (obnc), but I got this and 
I cannot submit:


jorge.gi...@hotmail.com was rejected by 
mx3.hotmail.com.
Go back and enter a valid E-Mail address.

If your mailserver uses Greylisting you may want to Whitelist 
slackbuilds-users@slackbuilds.org.


I've been submitting for a long time using this email. In hotmail/outlook I see 
that slackbuilds.org is added to the list of safe accepted domains.


Someone knows what can be wrong?

[Slackbuilds-users] spotify new address

Hello, it seems that the url for downloading spotify changed (there is a new 
version and the one referenced from the SlackBuild has been removed). See here:

http://repository-origin.spotify.com/pool/non-free/s/spotify-client/

It is the first time I write to this mailing list. I don't know if it is better 
for this kind of things to contact the Slackbuild script maintainer directly or 
do it by using this mailing list...
