I use pandoc frequently. But I cheat, and steal a few RPMs from Fedora and use those. It's a statically-compiled version of pandoc and some stylesheets. Simple. If no one else takes pandoc, I'll take it. But it'll be Pandoc and it'll just rpm2tgz packages from Fedora.
