[Slackware] slackware 64 bit port
Hello all!, I was wondering when and if slackware was going to make a 64bit port. Or would recompiling the kernel fix this? -- Your Freind, BOB! ___ Slackware mailing list Slackware@kurtwerks.com http://www.kurtwerks.com/mailman/listinfo/slackware
Re: [Slackware] Dual Processors

[Slackware] Dual Processors
Hallo everyone yet again! I was wondering if I could install slackware on my teachers new box. It has dual processors, slackware can run on that right? Re: [Slackware] Receiving Email
Hallo, Well I think I'll just set it up so that pine sends my gmail address as the reply address if you can do that. I have getmail configured so that it gets my gmail emails. I will disable port forwarding for now and do some research when i have time (cisco final coming up). I thank you all for your information and I will look into postfix. Thank you very much, BOB! ___ Slackware mailing list Slackware@kurtwerks.com http://www.kurtwerks.com/mailman/listinfo/slackware

[Slackware] Help with fstab problems
Hello, I'm having trouble with fstab, I just installed slackware 10.1 on my pentium 1 @ 166Mhz. It has a 4.3 gig hdd, and I did not think slackware would be so big without x so I made 2 2 gig partitions on the hard drive and installed slack to the second one. Now going back I have decided that i would like to mount the other partition as the /home directory but when it boots it does not work :( . Here is a copy of my fstab: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ cat /etc/fstab /dev/hda4swap swapdefaults 0 0 /dev/hda2/ext2defaults 1 1 /dev/hda1/homeext2defaults 1 2 /dev/hda3/var/www/htdocs ext2defaults 1 3 /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 noauto,owner,ro 0 0 /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy autonoauto,owner 0 0 devpts /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0 proc /procprocdefaults 0 0 -- Your Freind, BOB! ___ Slackware mailing list Slackware@kurtwerks.com http://www.kurtwerks.com/mailman/listinfo/slackware
