Erik,

A subset of the new HP ProBook range (announced today in the US), the
4710s specifically, are able to be ordered with SuSE 11 installed.
There are no announcements for Australia yet, and also no guarantees
they will have the same OS options here.

Dell has had Linux laptop options in the US for over a year now
and they are still not available here in Australia. Pease forgive
me for thinking that HP are not likely to be much better than
Dell in this regard :-).
