What if you try reapplying the cursor theme from the mouse preference?

[SLUG] Missing mouse cursor

2006-03-19 Thread Mary Gardiner
Hi all,

I'm using Ubuntu Breezy/5.10 with what should be a fairly generic GNOME
setup (a custom background, that's about it). Specifically, I don't
recall making any changes whatsoever to it in the last week or so.

As of this morning, when my laptop comes back from suspend or hibernate,
I can't see my mouse cursor. The mouse is working: I can pass it over
some program icons on my panel and they change colour, I can right click
on things, I can even find it by pressing Ctrl since I have that option
turned on. But there's no arrow icon, no visual marking at all, of its
location.

Any ideas?
