NewCo Festivals - Launches November 19th!

Join me in welcoming NewCo Festivals to the neighborhood! On November 19th
NewCo, the FREE “unconference” comes to Los Angeles after a successful

develops software used to manage "tags", those snippets of code used
for tracking marketing and data on websites. Optimizely develops A/B
testing, multivariate testing, and related marketing tools. The two
said the integration should make it easier for marketers to design and
test their marketing campaigns. Tealium counts such customers as
Ancestry.com, A+E Networks, Cathay Pacific Airways, Domino's Pizza,
Kimberly-Clark, and Petco.

operations for the University of California system, the National
Geographic Society, Fastclick (now part of ValueClick), and ExpertCity
(now Citrix Online).

Insteon Rolls Out At Walmart

Electronics, Samsung said Monday. Financial terms of the buy were not
announced. Proximal Data was venture backed by Divergent Ventures and
Avalon Ventures, and had only announced around $5M in funding.
Proximal Dat was led by Rory Bolt, a storage veteran who previously
founded Avamar Technologies, which was acquired by EMC. Samsung said
the buy will help add server storage software expertise to its solid
state (SSD) storage products. Proximal's caching software is used to
organize data, storing the most frequently used data on memory--a
technique which dramatically accelerates data storage access.
