I have also updated the first 4 templates in the shared Google Drive folder to
reflect the discussions during the meeting and added the email addresses of
those of you who are working on this project to have access.
Daniel - can you please take a look and confirm this is consistent with your
needs?
For those who previously emailed the templates - can you please add yours to
the google folder?
