Hi,

Yes, this is one of the very few receivers that catch E25 clearly. The
signal strenght on 6140 is always stronger that S9+40. Shame that that
receiver doesn't have 9450...

For 9450, I suggest some kiwiSDR receivers located in Greece (URLs avaiable
in http://sdr.hu ). Although I haven't seen E25 using this slot since May
2016. 6140 is nowadays more active.

I don't know what's going on, but like ID 570, 360 also carries Enta Omri
intro music now. Also, ID 360 is supposed to transmit at 8:00 UTC. The
first group of the transmission seems completely wrong too (wrong serial
number and group count). Total madness.

Not really, VOACAP coverage map shows that 6140 barely reaches Greece.
However, it is always strong (S9+40 average) in Israel and Eastern
Mediterranean. It doesn't reach Turkey.

About 9450, it gets a lot further than 6140, it may arrive at Twente, and
even at US, but I haven't seen a transmission on that frequency in months.

To sum up, the best option is get a good remote receiver around Israel or
Greece.

V02a mixed today again with M08a on its usual slot (2000z 7555khz LSB).
However, today's transmission didn't have those large transmitter breaks
from last Tuesday, so it was easier to copy. Modulation was still bad
though, and there was some QRM from a digital station around.

V02a is in progress right now on 7555 LSB. Unfortunately, it's impossible
to copy due to an extremely noisy transmitter and a very low audio, along
with bad modulation.

It booted up late (2005z), so probably it didn't transmit the headers.

Yes, pirates playing with text-to-speech programs is the most logic
explanation for now. We will see if the station broadcasts more stuff in

thanks for the mail and the link to the Japanese numbers. Yes, I agree,
they sound like the Sino Japanese numbers.

Interesting, that the numbers of Saturday's 2nd recording were in
Norwegian, the language of the country, where Edward Grieg (of course with
g at the end) was coming from, the composer of "Solveigs Song", which came
as synthesized piano piece at the end of yesterday's last recording, again
with numbers in Japanese.

A priyom guest recorded another similar transmission on 6880 USB at 1822z.
In this one, the music (or the digital transmission) sounds more like gongs
for me. The digit part is also longer, and the format shows 5-(figure?)
paired groups.

Good evening,

Does anyone know what this station is? I have caught this today at 1642z on
6838USB, already in progress. The voice seems automated, unknown language,
probably reciting numbers.
2 minutes after I stopped the recording, a strange piece of music has been
played, very similar to the All India Radio interval signal.

A new E06 schedule has been found. It was first reported on May, but back
in the day we considered it another GRU test or a fake due to lack of
evidence.
Recently this station was reported again last week, but this time, the
person who listened to it provided us with a recording. So I personally
checked today and it was there.
The schedule details are given below:

Area: Pacific/North America
Days: Thursday, Friday
Time: 3:00/4:00 UTC
Frequencies: 14648/12084 khz
ID 361

You can try tomorrow for the repeat, message header was 361 508 49. I
recommend http://46.241.39.39:8901/ for the 14648 reception.

Has anyone heard M08a in the last two months? I tried all three slots twice
and none of them transmitted. It wouldn't be surprised if it has fallen
into inactivity in favor of HM01. In fact, I think that M08a and V02a
haven't carried real messages in a long time (because of all the mistakes
done).
I've been trying to catch V02a in thursdays and tuesdays in the last
months, but not even M08a showed up.

Heh, fun recording! The speech generator goes very fast too, and the audio
seems a bit overmodulated. I've never listened to that schedule before, but
I've never seen this kind of issues coming from GRU. Indeed a rare
recording :)

S06 had some serious audio issues with the transmission on 15721 USB
tonight (0400z):

Warning--it's 9 MB in size.

I'm not sure if it's normal because I don't typically get to listen to S06
due to my personal schedule, but they seemed to take a very long time to
tune up, and clearly seemed to do so manually.  I've heard brand new hams
tune up faster.

Wow, as I type this, they're tuning up again (0421z).  Maybe for a retry.

started with the regular YL voice, but after some stoppages and test tones,
a male live voice replaced her.
There was a long break around 1200z, when a regular S06s schedule was
transmitted on its normal frequencies. Maybe the operator stopped a momment

E17z sent two tests today at 1204z on 10240 and around 1215z on 8080. The
1204z transmission was made with a live male voice, and ID 274. Too weak to
copy the message, plus the pronunciation of the numbers was terrible.
Transmission on 8080 was made with the regular YL voice, but again, too
weak to copy.
Seems like it's turn for Ukrainian intel to train their agents and
operators.

noted at 2030z on 5921 CW, sending the ID 579. We will see if it repeats at
2100z. No simulcasts found for the moment.

Also, according to the Twente entire day waterfall display, there could
