Around the time you sent the email, I had just found it on 15445 kHz at 1225Z. It was in sync with 16100 17250. 17170 was inaudible. I couldnt catch any further transmission like those three before since 1400 UTC when I went back to the garden to continue DXing. They pop up on other freqs as well. I happen to mention this in last months NO: The Firedrake programs are delivered by satellite and Satdirectory has an excellent full hour Firedrake transmission available directly copied from the Chinasat 6B satellite. You can download it from their website.
