[sqlite] : Vacuum and WiCe (Windows Embbeded Compact 7)

I am developing an application for Windows Compact Embedded 7 using .net 
3.5 and sqlite.

Is there a possibility to run vacuum, mean to compact the database und 
WinCe from a C# Program?
