Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] perl higher then 5.18 and i386 support
I know about the -Duse64bitint options ad build, But then it looking for i386-linux-thread-multi-64int directory. And at startup there is a error about images scale version incorrect found version 0.14 but need 0.08. If you don't include the LMS provided modules you shouldn't have any conflict. Or you include them in the same version. I think either you do this, or you compile the LMS provided modules for your target platform yourself. -- Michael ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS 7.9.2.-168.0011 don't start on NAS Synology 214se
that's not what I hoped for. I partially reverted the commit, so mabe that was not enough. Please check the new package. This is 0013 and is the same as the 0010 build: Wouldn't you be able to run LMS from the console, catching all error messages, even those who don't end up in server.log? Or re-direct those errors else-where? Might be simpler to understand the failure than build new packages for every change... -- Michael ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

Hi Martin, first thank you for your answer and your help :-) but unfortunately it doesn't work. I first uninstalled my existing LMS (version 7.9.2.-168.0011), reboot my NAS, and then installed the LMS version you recommended (version 7.9.2-168.0012). But the effect is still the same, it doesn't start. So, I'm guessing this could be causing the issue here. Strangely enough I don't have this issue on my nas (Armada 375). But lets wait till we have the feedback from Dany. [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS 7.9.2.-168.0011 don't start on NAS Synology 214se
Hi experts, after updating my NAS Synology 214se to the newest DMS to 6.2-23739 the LMS (version 7.9.2.-168.0011) doesn't start anymore. If I try to start it manually it, it beginns starting but switched back to stopped after a little time. I tried to install older versions of LMS, de- and reinstalled Pearl to the latest version 5.24, reboot the NAS several times between deinstaling and instaling, and of course I asked Dr. Google for any ideas, but everthing without any success. And unfortunately I'm a newbie in things like this. In the older DMS 6.1 version everthing was fine. Does anyone of you have a idea od suggestion what I can do to make it work again? thanks a lot in advance Best regards Dany Dany's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68201 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109125 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
