[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS 7.9.2, reverts to previous playlist after restart
Pi3 with pCP 4.0.0b6 and LMS 7.9.2 nightly. Using DSTM I select a seed and of course it populates correctly with new tracks and the playlist grows. That is all good, no problems with DSTM, but if I stop LMS and then restart pCP (and obviously LMS) then LMS will often revert to the playlist I had played the day before, not the current playlist. Can be very annoying! [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Custom Browse Main Artist Sort
I have created a Main Artists menu under Custom Browse and it sorts artist names containing non-English characters in a different order to the standard Artists menu. The Artists menu sorts as though the non-English characters were English characters. The Main Artists menu sorts in the UTF-8 table order. For example Artists menu gives Joanne Hogg João Gilberto Jörgen van Rijen José Feliciano Joss Stone which is what I want, while Main Artists gives Joanne Hogg Joss Stone José Feliciano João Gilberto Jörgen van Rijen This is on both LMS 7.6.6 and 7.9.1. I am not competent in XML to be able to customize the Main Artists sort order. I generally play music using the random song mix option which I select the genres I want to listen to. Sometimes when playing a random selection of music, the Squeezebox will go from track A - B - C, but in the browser it just shows tracks A & C.
