[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] ALAC files converted from FLAC won't play
I'm running latest LMS package on a Synology NAS and playing through a variety of hard and soft devices, primarily a SB Touch. There are a few albums that I bought online that came in FLAC that I converted to ALAC for portability and compatibility with iTunes Match. I believe that the converter I used was MediaHuman running on OSX. These few albums will play fine in iTunes but don't go over my squeeze environment. I ran logs for player source in debug and file is attached. If anyone could give me some direction, I would really appreciate it. 26599 +---+ |Filename: LMS Server Log.zip | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=26599| +---+ hokenpoke's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=110064 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

However, can you please specify which Perl modules are needed? Or could you elaborate on what needs to be done for the Windows build to get the UPnP/DLNA Client working please? Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Raspberry PI for LMS with network storage for PC and Mac?
I noticed something a little odd the other day, and was curious if anyone else has experienced this... I had set my two transporters to be synchronized, and was playing some tunes while house cleaning, and I noticed that the two were out of sync by about a second. Never had this happen with my older linux box I un-synced one of the players, and re-synced it, and they seemed to stay in sync, but I probably only played it that way for another hour Anybody else noticed issues with syncing players on a Raspberry/PICore player? I read a bit about the F2FS file system, but it sounded a bit proprietary, and not widely used. I'll do a little more reading As for the SD card, my understanding is that post boot, the OS is 100% in ram, and the card isn't used for anything (provided the cache is with the data). That implies no performance boost beyond boot time Cheers, Dave Audiophile wish list: Zero Distortion, Infinite Signal to Noise Ratio, and a Bandwidth from DC to Daylight DCtoDaylight's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7284 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=110034 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
