[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Squeezelite Still Crashing/c0000005 error/MSVCR100.dll
I've asked about this before, but trying once more as I still haven't found the culprit. Squeezelite will run for a day or two, and the inevitably crash. Usually after restarting it will crash again a couple of times within the next few hours, then be solid again for a day or so, which might be coincidence for all I know. I'm getting the following error. I'm under the impression this (which appears to be a buffer overrun) might be related to one of the C++ Redistributable packages but I'm not entirely clear what I need to delete and reinstall to attempt to fix it. Has anybody else had this issue with Squeezelite and solved it? This is on Windows 7, FWIW - it's an older machine that's running LMS only. Hi all, I have a few lossless ALAC files on my server. These aren't part of my main library, but I thought I could play them by using the 'disks and folders' function, and browsing for them. When I try to play any of them, I get: "Problem: Can't open file for 'filename'" Same error on my touch and radio. Running current version of LMS. Hi! Hope you can help. I want to use the plugin in the docker version of lms but it doesn't appear even after activating "unsupported plugins". Trackstat and some others appear but not Custom Skip. I've downloaded the zip file but if I put that into the cache/plugins folder or cache/DownloadedPlugins nothing is happening. After restarting LMS the plugin is just not in the plugins list. I have 104 podcasts (which granted is a lot and typically I'm only listening to one or two) and if I navigate to the podcast area it just won't load on my squeezebox device (boom is what I tried it on) and if I navigate in the web ui it lags a lot and then navigating to the podcast and the episodes just takes too long. I'm working my way through Revolutions podcast so I'm going back a couple hundred episodes for reference. Additionally when it starts going into the podcast area the application starts lagging to the point the playback stops periodically. Now if the number of podcasts is is just too much for the updated plugin to handle that's acceptable, and I can downscale, but it performed well on the old plugin. I'd rather we have a good podcast plugin which might support fewer podcast subscriptions if that's a trade off that we need to make. It does not explain why streaming fails at the first place (it works for me). Hi there, when trying to play an itunes podcast via the Podcast Extensions (0.22) over Shairtunes2 (0.205.1) i get the following error: Slim::Networking::IO::Select::__ANON__ (130) Error: Select task failed calling unk: Can't locate object method "protocolHandler" via package "Slim::Player::SongStreamController" at /opt/logitechmediaserver/Slim/Networking/Slimproto.pm line 622. The stream is starting but i hear no sound, when using the same podcast directly on a picore player (no shairtunes endpoint) there is no error and i can hear the sound. LMS is public/8.3 latest git version, not sure where to dig further, any ideas? I'm unsure how to correctly use the trending search, referring to the podcastindex page didn't clarify. For example, if I wanted to search for say podcasts about art in French, what is the syntax of what I should type into the trending search field to achieve this? I type [lang=] [cat=] but this doesn't seem to work.
