Chrome browser started having problems with the LMS web UI and setting page as soon as the Chrome update was performed a few days ago. The LMS web page and the settings page would hang forever, and would not load properly. This malfunction take place on desktop PC and on mobile phones as well. However, the Chrome has no problem at all with Windows version LMS I then installed on a PC for testing. Firefox, as well as Brave, would not work with LMS on Picoreplayer either. When three browsers have a problem after updating one of them, then the problem is not the one browser update. This version of Chrome (running on MacOS) works fine with my LMS which is running on piCorePlayer (in fact several instances of LMS on pCP). I'm running an 8.20. build of LMS. I see no issues with the default skin or with Material. My temporary non-solution is to ditch the Chrome and use Opera browser instead. It has no problems at all working with LMS on Picoreplayer. If I were to troubleshoot it, what would be the starting point? I vote NO - concentrate resources on music, which is where LMS really excels. I was wondering whether the "Media Scanner" in LMS still makes sense (besides the music, of course). The "M" in LMS stands for Media, not Music. But is this really being used?
