I am on raspbian running LMS and retropie.
I want to speed up response of perl scripts (namely squeezealert with
domoticz). The rest of LMS is fast enough but not squeezealert.
I want to have the whole /var/lib/squeezeboxserver on my Nas, to avoid
I/O on the sdcard of the Pi.

Where did you locate your ramdisk, and how did you proceeded?

I am doing this way but can't achieve the non standard directories to
work :(
I always got error on cache.db in the log, and LMS does not start.
I think it is something with permissions, but everything looks correct
(user:group is squeezeboxserver:none, define in fstab with cigs/uid/gid
method)
... Help!
