Further Questions: This solution seems to be working pretty well. But now I am puzzled about my Playlists. Under Spotify on the SB2 LMS app, pretty much all of my Spotify Playlists do appear now. But some additional ones do as well. I have no idea where they come from. And when I select each one nothing happens. It seems to be a dead link. And, there is no way using the GUI that I can find how to delete a playlist. Any suggestions would be helpful. THanks Larry PS ... Oh yes... when i was playing a tune on spotify and selected Save, ... it created a Playlist labeled "unnamed" for the one track and I have no idea how to delete it, rename it, or add to it. Yes untick Triodes plugin and now you have the UI of the oficial but the playback done by SPH . Yes it has different limitations , wonder if not library was a function of the old plugin ? I dont know ? Instead I checked the Spotify Protocol Handler. The interface looks different but I can get used to it. ALso, it is FASTER to access my spotify Playlist. HOWEVER, did my "library" disappear? There is a new plugin SPH "Spotify protocoll handler" . Hi, I have been a happy user of the SqueezeBox2 (long may it survive) for more than 10 years. I am currently using the Triode Plugin (thank you) 2.3.8. I have been using Spotify more and more and in particular trying to share playlists with my son and others. I have a few questions/problems 1. Recently I noticed that when I go to Home/MyApps/Spotify and select Playlist, it takes a long long long time to find my playlists. It used to be much faster ... almost instantaneous. Other functions such as Search or Library under Spotify are very fast. --- Any idea what is going on here? Why the slow down? Is it a setting I need to change in my Spotify Account.? 2. Some of the items in my Spotify Playlist (eg, the Weekly Selections) do NOT appear in the LMS Playlists. Can someone explain this to me? 3. Is it possible to create a Playlist on my LMS in Spotify and have it sent over so it will appear on my Spotify Account App. 4. Is 2.3.8. the latest or is there a newer version and if so how do i get it? Thanks to all for the help and particularly those who are writing the support software.
