Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] DSD player Plugin
Need help. I have LMS 8.2 installed on Asustor NAS. After running a full scan, I found out that DSD files were not scanned. When I was running LMS 8.2 on my Windows 10 computer, DSD files were scanned. Do I need to install the DSDPlayer plugin? Where can I get this plugin? viperrabbit's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=72101 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=112663 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] DSD player Plugin
It's the DX3Pro which shows the boxes, which it should and PiCorePlayer which doesn't, because it supports native playback of DSD when I was playing about with DSD yesterday the DX3Pro [RoPieeeXL] needed the boxes for playback, but doesn't today I simply got mixed up between the players, as one does 31238 +---+ |Filename: facepalm.png | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=31238| +---+ Man in a van's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=43627 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=112663 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

Well, I'm all confused.com today (and Yesterday and the day before ) The boxes are missing on one player, but remain on another player. They both play DSD. I use a Topping DX3 Pro dac connected by USD from a rpi 4b. Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] DSD player Plugin
On the Raspberry PI OS system that DSD Player does NOT work, I suspect we likely need to build a dsdplay aarch64 binary (armv8). What does the search path for dsdplay look like in the log with the following enabled? Set os.paths logging to debug and check the save log settings then restart LMS with the dsdplayer plugin enable. Navigate to the DSD Player setting and in the server.log you'll see where the dsdplayer plugin searches for dsdplay. Thanks for the reply and info Ian. I thought it might be Browser related but as all my screenshots were from the same Firefox I doubt it (I also tried the new Edge and Chrome, without any beter detail). Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] DSD player Plugin
Ronnie I have a two pCp pi4's (server/player) and two pCp pi 3's (player only) and they all show the blank page - all four with IQ Audio DAC+'s. I've been playing DSD rips for some time, can't remember how long but all of them show the blank page but all of them work. I've never seen the details underneath the heading and I always wondered what the text meant. *Music Store & VPN Server: *Synology DS215J NAS* Home Server/Study Player:* LMS 8.0.0 on Pi 4 pCp 6.1.0 Server/IQ Audio DAC+ *Refurbished 1962 RCA Stereo Console Server/Player *LMS 8.0.0 on Pi 4B pCp 6.1.0 Server/IQ Audio DAC+ *Headphone Players: x2:* pCp 6.1.0 on Pi 3B /IQ Audio DAC+ *Streamer/Player* pCp 6.1.0 on Pi 3B/IQ Audio Codec+ *Homeplug/LAN Players: x2: *Squeezelite on Windows 10 PC. *VPN Mobile & Car Player:* Material/SqueezePlayer on Android Phone ian_heys's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2629 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=112663 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
