Thanks but in this file I have just:
#!/bin/sh

touch /var/lock/subsys/local


I add in this file just :

service smb start
service squid start

if you can please give me more detail i will be thankful

If you ask operating system specific questions...
1. It would help to say which one...
2. they have dedicated mailing lists...
What does the OS documentation say about services...?
So, I will guess you use Distro X and you should check:
 man chkconfig
 man ntsysv
