I find it strange that 3.2.0.13 vs 3.2.0.14 have a difference, there 
were no changes directly to auth in that set. Just one fixing 
external_acl results.


There are more auth changes in the 3.2.0.14-3.2.0.15 set though, if you 
want to dig deeper into this try the very latest 3.2 update and if you 
find its a code problem please followup with any results in squid-dev 
mailing list or bugzilla.
