For example, the URI of the struts-bean library TLD changed from: http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/tags-bean-1.0 to: http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/tags-bean-1.1 Unfortunately, this will mess up anyone running on a Servlet 2.3 container and using these URIs directly in their pages; but it needs to be done.
