Re: [Sugar-devel] New images for netbooks - tux_paint-6.xo issue

2018-07-24 Thread James Cameron
G'day Raul,

Please try attached TuxPaint-7.xo, which has fix for exit hang up, fix
for fullscreen, port to GTK+ 3, and source code tidy-up.

It works for me on Ubuntu 17.10 VM.

Please tell me if it works for you.

Thanks to Nathan for publishing TuxPaint-6.3, on which this is based.

Nathan, can you confirm GPLv2+ license and your copyright, or is this
activity.py written by someone else?

Attending were Ibiam and James.

Ibiam worked on fun facts feature of Periodic Table activity; with
previous and next buttons, and the WebKit2 port of Help activity.

James worked on GCompris activity testing on Ubuntu 17.10, added a
test activity for the CollabWrapper, and is still looking for wider
testing of the JavaScript Moon activity.

Thanks - I guess the documentation needs to be further clarified.

It is https://github.com/amanharitsh123/sugarizer-school-box and was
forked in February, then diverged from upstream in May. 6936833 is
the point of divergence.

Re: [Sugar-devel] Fwd: Sugarizer Rpi Image

2018-07-24 Thread Bastien
Hi Aman Sharma,

thank you for your answer. I will try to find the time to test
this and report if it works correctly here.

On https://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/User:Amanharitsh123 you mention that
your project is a fork of https://github.com/drtyhlpr/rpi23-gen-image

Is it https://github.com/amanharitsh123/rpi23-gen-image ? It has not
been updated since feb. 27th so I'm not sure.

Anyway, thanks for putting efforts into writing more documentation,
that's always where things fall short.

Best,
