Re: [Sugar-devel] [sugar-devel] Does not work neither with dpkg

Neither,

it returns me a blank line (i haven't done any typo in terminal)

 For Debian:

sudo dpkg --get-selections | grep pygtk

 This might work

 cheers.. R

I believe trisquel is based on debian or ubuntu so you'll have to use
what ever package manager they use.

What must i do in order to get it ?

  Use this compound command:

% rpm -qa | grep pygtk

  For me, this shows:

  pygtk2-2.17.0-9.fc14.i686
  pygtksourceview-2.10.1-2.fc14.i686

Which means I have 2.17.0 installed.

In future please reply CC mailing list. Why? See

Perhaps if you separate the search terms

dpkg --get-selections |grep python

dpkg --get-selections |grep gtk
