[sumo-user] Traffic jam on ramps
Hello all, I am trying to simulating how vehicles on the ramps enter the autoroute, only to find that the vehicles on the ramp would stop before entering the autoroute in order to avoid a collision. I thought it might because the priority of the ramp is lower than the one of the autoroute. But when I adjust the priority in the .net.xml file, nothing has changed. I wish to realize that the vehicles could pass the intersection alternately. Could you please help me? [sumo-user] Simulation of vehicles changing lanes frequently
Hello everyone, I am working on a project about traffic simulation with SUMO. Now, I got stuck when I try to simulate a single car that changes frequently its lane. I think it might be possible to implement by configuring the route XML files. But it seems that I can only control the edge-changing. And I also wonder if I need a new lane-changing model to do this. Since there’s no documents available about the lane-changing model (I’ve attempted to look for DK2008 and LC2013), it really confuse me how to solve my problem. Could you help me?
