These usually simply mean that the browser has moved on to another page
and not loaded all the images in the first one.

 All interface pages come up without graphics, and if I click on links
 leading to Freenet sites on the front page I immediately get IE error saying

IE has a habit of obscuring error messages. Try in mozilla, or ANY other
non-IE-based browser, they should give you a more helpful error message.
 
 I'm using Sun JRE 1.3.1 on Windows 2000 w/ SP3.
 
 I've downloaded and installed freenet 0.5 rc1, build 523 - it shows exact
 same bug. Any suggestions?

How frequent is this? It shouldn't occur more than once in every 65536
requests, the occasional one is harmless.

page? Node Reference Status, and the datastore histograms on 8889, are
quite heavy and if you use them too often they could conveivably
increase your load %.

[freenet-support] IBM's JVM current 1.3.1 i think

Just passing this case along, I've been testing runnning available
JVM's for Windoze XP and as far as i can tell all of Sun's 131 and up
work fine.

IBM's with the 523 current simply doesn't. It was fine until now.
It consistently gets Java io errors on node connect authentication.

builds I cannot retrieve FE. Ran out of runway at 15 hops. GPL is gettable
