[pfSense Support] mertits of recent commit

No it doesn't work correctly. I got an email from someone that IS NOT using pppoe + IP. At any rate I just commited the changes, I really need you to test or they are being backed out. Ok the standard dynamic allocation of addresses from mpd works fine so everyone else is cool that just needs that with radius enabled. But it looks like something is up with the else if statement in vpn.inc for allocating ip's via the radius server.
