Believe me, I do like GSX better, but since we are an MS house, we actually own copies of the stuff, and our entire operation (hosting as well as internal production machines, 10 total) all runs on VS2005. I am aware of the issue with the clock, as I am hosting a Linux VM for a buddy, and his solution was to simply sync the clock with an NTP server every 5 min :). I am doing the same thing on my monowall every 6 minutes. If you have the VS Tools installed in your VM, then the clock isn't a problem, but of course, there are no Virtual Server tools for BSD-- (supposedly there will be tools for Linux, but I'll believe it when I see it). Any suggestions other than run GSX? lol The machine that I am referring to in my email below is our current VM testing environment. I could probably arrange terminal services and VRMC access to the host machine if you think that might help you. If so, let me know and I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the quick response.
